Holiday Shipping Schedule 🎄

The holiday shipping madness is upon us, but we're well-equipped to handle it! Our biggest priority this holiday season is ensuring your order arrives in perfect condition and at the best possible time, so we’re running a reduced shipping schedule this year.

Here’s everything you need to know. ↓

• The week of both Thanksgiving and Christmas, no orders will be dispatched. This is due to inevitable carrier disruptions, delays and likelihood for packages to be lost in transit.
• The week following both Thanksgiving and Christmas only dry orders will be dispatched. The risk of disruptions will be reduced for packages that aren’t time sensitive, but the risk of delays to live items remains too high.

(Live orders are those containing springtails or isopods, and dry orders are those which don’t). While technically living, our moss is shipped dry/dormant, making it somewhat shelf-stable, and so it is considered a dry good.

*Please note that this shipping schedule is weather permitting. In the event of weather disruptions, we will contact you with further details and shipping options. Rest assured that navigating extreme weather (and holiday disruptions) is very common practice in our small business, and we will do everything we can to get your package to you as quickly and safely as possible!
